Topic: Name check is no longer required for I-485 approval I noticed LUD changes in my accounts since Feb. 4. Then I received email, saying that they sent RFE to me. I thought I passed namecheck. This is why I got RFE !!! Finally I can see the end of the tunnel.

Topic: Backlog delays naturalizations well, money!!! They are not interested in speeding up. They wants more money... Each EAD will give them money !!!

Topic: What happens with cases filed in 2006? Well, I got LUD from June, 27, 28, 29, 20 & July 2, 2007. Nothing happened after that. No approval ! I hoped to get approval from this LUDs... no such luck..
