Topic: H1-B visa stamping at Mumbai consulate
Hi
After getting 221g i submited the required on 12th nov, they didnt asked for passport and was told that the result will be informed by email. It is now 3 weeks and i m still waiting for email. Can anybody help me out on this...its very difficult to pass days waiting for result to come. Still how much longer it could take? |

hi senthil , leelavathi, all the senior members
i had my first interview on 4th sept 2008 they issued me 221g and asked for 5 docs
on 12th october i went again they issued me 221g stating that they will forward the docs to visa officer who interviewd me last time and will let me know by an email or by phone they returned my passport and in 221g they wrote we will contact you.
so what does this mean i have no reply yet in my inbox?
is it rejection?
what r the chances of getting the visa now?
as my company have only 4 employees they have not the wagereports and employee status they asked for?
they gave reason to visa officer in writing with attorney that why they r not able to provide such docs
company told me that you r the first one who will get the h1 for our company
what will be the answer please let me know?

hi i m still waiting for my docs to come
my employer says that he has all the docs ready apart form wage report, he says that it comes from the state government so we have to wait till that
i dont understand that it about 1 month and 10 days .
is it true that it takes longer for unemployment wage report?
pls advice me on this

do u have such friends who got succesfull visa after 221g normal not aap
is it 100% that we gonna get visa. pls reply.

i need ur help
as in my case they have requested 5 docs and its not AAP
in my 221g they mentioned that come along with ur 221g,passport,requested docs on any working day
so will it be smooth process
??

your 221g is it for aap or just further docs requirenment?

thats good best of luck for your stamping
approx what time you had to wait for your docs to come from us employer
and this time are u carrying the docs requested or carrying all the docs
and do u heard from any of your freind that they issue the visa without issuing another 221g tous(like who have already 221g)
