Topic: Visa stamping in person

yes, you can do that as you are the primary applicant. You do not need any authorization from your spouse, but if you feel comfortable have it that is fine. I got mine, my spouse and my kids stamped and I had nothing more what you mentioned in your first post.

Topic: ImmigVisa & LandingPaper got in person from Canadian Consulate Buffalo

Hi cnstudd,

I have a question related to this issue.
Do you know whether dependents (spouse and children) have to show up at the local office to pick up their PR cards too? or only primary applicant can pick up his own PR cards along with PR cards of his dependant, assuming that a letter was sent to inform you that you have to show up and pick your PR card.

Thanks,
Jimmy

Topic: Landing while riding AMTRACK (train)

Hello,
I am just curious, any one out there landed or know if it is possible to land while crossing the border riding a train?
If yes, how long the train wait for the immigration check process?

I know that there is a least 3 routes for crossing the border by train: QUEBEC border, Niagara Falls, and BC.
