This is my advice to all who are in mid 20s to early 30s. Get out of this country ASAP. Don't waste your youth for a dream. I don't see it happening any time soon. Indians are perceived to be enemies at all level and almost all western countries . Even if you get GC, that would all, expect nothing good with career growth. If you are like me you would hate doing doing any job without learning or growth.

Right, an exciting career along with the greatest perks are waiting for us out of this country for sure. Please lead us by example and let us know how it really is outside.
I have told you many a time to take your deep seated BS complex elsewhere. Stop thinking everyone is like you! A dead end job can make you insane.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nothing comes for free in this world. Moving to another country at 40's is not as easy as its in 20's. But there are handful people who have done this and loved what they have done with benefits they got in other countries.
Leagal immigration has never been issue in this country compared to undocumented. 30 years ago Ronald Reagan made undocument legalized. Why can this country just make this jobs legal path way for people coming to this country undocumented.

That's not true. When you start loosing career growth everyone thinks that needs to be changed. Lately all are coming together fighting for backlogged to be fixed. Not only that some have even kids aged out and had to scramble thru same path of H1b for kids aging out and pay tons for getting educated here.

The whole process sucks....

That's how H4 EAD came into existence and I140 can't be revoked or withdraw got into Policy.
But this not enough for people on H1b in either of categories.

LOL We are never going to see that as our income. That's why lot of people who are under 30's are moving to other countries instead of settling here. Lately some of them even in 40's with kids. its the hardest thing to do with kids when you are settled for almost 15 years.

That's why its very hard to predict for immigration will pass.

That's true....
I wouldn't be surprised if history repeats again. G.W.Bush made all visa bulleting current in 2008 before leaving office for Obama and USCIS is still processing those GC.

They are critizing H1B program and making it more worst for people onH1B L1. They don’t see benefit of program. More over education here is made expensive for people to get college degree.

I believe same thing happened during Affordable health care Act (Obama care). Congress came back with all amendments and finally passed legislation.

It will because they are not left with much time for DACA expiry date. But we will get slammed with bunch of different fees to fund all these expenses. Legal immigrants will just be added with more unnecessary procedures.
But happy with this as decision will be made without hammer on head by congress

It’s more advisable to look at USCIS inventory list generated every year. It’s just piling up every year.

Dems would probably let Go DACA. But. Will never agree to $30billion in funding for wall.

And wall really doesn't make sense because people are coming thru underground tunnel. Which is impossible to work with.

They don't do h1b anymore. just transfer H1b's. Also they have quota every year to file h1b.

That's why DT proposed merit based but no one is happy about it.

Simple fix H1b is only approved for direct hire of these Witch companies. they can't hire on Temp or contract basis.
A complete resource count on immigration status has to be available for USCIS to implement this.

yes it does make sense. Company should have H1b cap for filing and its still in place that's how outsourcing started and abuse came in Place.
it would need a complete haul of immigration processes to complete eliminate issues but that's headed no where with DT.

It would be more sensible to cap skill based EB category which needs to be modified every few years to keep robust economy year long.

Other countries don't rely on companies to file permanent residency. its done by applicant and are free to find any career change job at any given day. US doesn't have that. Its tying skills with sponsorship. Revoking I-140 now will create more mess than it has been already.
Clearing abuse is necessity now but side effects should be carefully tackled.

They also have Chain migration but based on skill or come as student to start from scratch.
This makes more sense rather just inviting more people without any qualification. Parents are allowed easily to visit regardless of their financial ties back home. But cant become permanent residence.
