I submitted statements in plain A4 size paper with out any bank letter.
Please suggest me that what is bank letter I need to submit alone with bank statement.

I am silent member of this forum.I need urgent help and please find my below details.
EC applied :26 Sep 2008
Date of refusal :10 Nov 2008
Reason : The documents you have provided from icici bank do not conform to the requirements of published guidance.In line with published guidance, the evidence provided has been assessed as insufficient to meet the maintenance requirement and therefore no points have been awarded in this area. 245C(e).
1)I had maintain the more then 2800pounds in my single saving bank account for last 5 month and also provided letter for proof of fund.
2) I have collected bank statement from bank but it was printed in ordinary paper (not in the bank stationery) with bank stamp and signature.
3) I have 25,000 EMI in my bank statement for home loan.
Now I could not able to take decision whether to apply for admin review or fresh application (what is correction to make in new application?)
Kindly advice me.
