Topic: 180days rule OR New FBI guidelines - Attorny response ?
I am a classic example of who got there GC approved stuck in NC and fell into 180 day rule. Someone should call NSC, they for sure are honoring the 180 day rule and i got the answer personally 2 days back from an IO. |

they did not give me info about assigned to officer. the lady whom i spoke to, just wasn't ready to give out any info other than the 180 day rule thing, because i insisted for an answer to that.
mine was applied in 2001 and no sub-labor... and was stuck in labor for a long long time. there was one lud after my finger printing was over and 1 after than in december.. but it was a soft lud. after that i had address change and a soft lud as a result of it. and just this email today. So i am glad it is over and have to wait for the physical card. my wife's case was approved as well.. so no waiting for spouse case atleast. willing to wait in my present position before i choose the career which i already started planning for. good luck to all of you....
though i said earlier i might not enjoy the moment, the numbness is gone and cannot wait to party tonight. it is going to be a long long night... but got to do my taxes before the weekend :-) |

i changed my name from slowlazygc to meanboygc to april8thlucky to april09thlucky to slowlazygc... none helped. this morning for some reason i got rid of all the vowels in my name and name jstcrbtmygc (just care about my gc) and it helped...... i guess :) , when you get it.. you tend to think all the crap.
i am sure lot of you are very close to getting it and good luck, I know few of my friends from EB2 india have been waiting with RD prior to 2007.. i pray for them and my dear and near goblin and 10uni (who changed his name as well).... Take care brothers and sisters |

they said the 180 day rule applies and it hasn't changed. 2 other friends of mine confirmed by calling the same day as well. and i know for sure that my name check is not completed. so the 180 day rule is working for sure |
