Too bad this is bad news for most of the applicants I guess...

I believe nobody has received anything except for the "Provisional" AOR. I guess they are waiting for the instructions from the Minister. Weren't they supposed to be released in September? The wait is killing me... : (

If I remember correctly, there is a line in the form in which you specify what name you want to have in your SIN card printed. Regarding the Health Card, because this was done over the phone, I don't remember... But I believe they ask you too.
