i got the same RFE, i replied on oct 15th and waiting since. No body can predict what USCIS will do. Just wait and see. If your employer replied the RFE properly there wont be any other RFE's. just a guess not sure. |

Can i ask for INFOPASS? my I-140 is pending for more than 635 days. I got an RFE for ability to pay. We replied it promptly and still after 65 days it is pending. So can i go for infopass.. |

i have read an article on murthy law firm saying that even though you are on H1, if you work part time that is enough. there is some minimum hours you have to work for a month. I am not sure how many hours that is but if you dont find a job in a month you can run your paycheck with your own money for that minimum hours, so that your green card wont mess up. Since your employer is a gem there wont be any problem for this. Talk to your employer. |

My case, i have waited tooooooooo long. I got a RFE but i replied more than 60 days back. My lawyer dont want to push too much, she suggests not to open a SR. I just need some of the gurus adive to how to proceed. |
