back to our interfile discussion.....
I called to NSC and TSC regarding interfiling and IOs said you dont have send any letter as we have your both I-140 approvals so when officer look at your case he will use your most current and best I-140 which more favaoural for your case..
I did not send any request letter yet... called several times and getting same answer..
Do you think I should still send an letter to them...
