Hi Datla,
I talked to one nice IO today at uscis she enquired about my
case and i told that it has not been transferd to NVC she checked
and told me that yes it is not been transferd to NVC and then toke
my e-mail adress and my cell phone no and told me that you will
listen soon from us. |

My i-824 for my wife & son was approved on 15th april 2008
since after that according to approval notice i went to american
embassy in new delhi they told me that every think that come
to us comes through national visa center i contacted national
visa center they say we have not recevied my case from california
service center and i should contact them but there is no phone no
for california service center .My attorney is sending them e-mail but
they are not responding.I called coustmer service no then they put me
through to IO he told me we have send the case to national visa center
i should call them when i told him that they are saying that they havent
received my case i should contact you guys but he keep on saying that i
should keep on calling national visa center. Please advice me what should i do |
