Pl do mail to Consulate to cross check any thing.
The standard exchange rate is 1 Pound = RS 85. The same will be used while the Entry Clearance Officer is assesing your visa.

You can track the Passport delivery via Blue Dart courier website. Login to website http://www.bluedart.com/. Under track your shipment, select Reference no and enter Passport#.

I guess it means that Decision on your Application has been taken and you can arrange to collect the documents which you sent or they will post by royal mail.. which is believed to arrive very late.
