I dont know about others, but personally , my experience is that the post comes some time before there is an update to the status.
The back groung check could be anything from 2 months to ..... depending on the case ..

Hey SnakeEyes.. this mail should have gone to you not Waiting4everAl .... So there !!!!..............Sir (I am guessing you are a guy???) .... army !!! my Goddd !!! if you had said something like the peace corps or the hospital or child care or something less war like it would make some sense ....

Please understand what "American" and pricipals of the great country is before you shoot out such comments .....
As for being able to speak "even speak a minimal amount of English" ... who are you to judge ?? ... this country was formed by people who migrated from all over the world ....
DO YOU SPEAK RED INDIAN (forgive me if this is not the politically correct term) ?? that is the native language ...
AND YOU WILL NEVER MAKE PRESIDENT with these sentiments ...
