Hi,
I submitted all the documents even the notary copy of passport details also. I think not sure
whether they have seen or overlooked it.
Wanted to know from forum that we can submitt Notray of passport copy, if driving license and birth certificate not exists.

HSMP Application Rejected
My application rejected because of not providing Age evidence, even though I submitted notary of my passport as evidence as per the HSMP guidelines.
I am planning to re-send the application for review. Want to know from the forum whether any one faced with same situation.
As per the HSMP guidelines we can submit notary of my passport as a evidence proof.
Please suggest me whether I should submitted all the required documents (Driving License, Birth Certificate) or notary of passport will work.
What action should i take next?
