hey danger 99

we did send in a letter from a friend stating that we will be staying with them
the letter simply stated how they knew us, for how long and they gave contact details
we could however not find any info that stated they required this...a lady on the 0900 number suggested we do this as well as come up with a relationship timetable as i have a dependant...

no we did not send anya cv, but my dependant had a letter written by his employer stating his income, position and how long he had been employed

hope this helps..

we have been waiting 14 working days no

congrats kiwijess..i think it was you? when did they email you? time of day? we sent them a fast tracked courier back to return info..has anyone else done that...a one day service thing

I hate how this ec stuff is ruling my life!!!!! How long have you been waiting now? It is day 12 for us, plus I have written them numerous emails and still have been waiting, waiting for a response.
Iknow the 20 day thing....but this is not good enough, we all have been waiting 2 long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to call again...i think I have spent about 200 dollars at least phoning them plus all the calls to the uk for our hsmp letter....

What to do....I am going crazy!!!

Has anyone else had any positive info?

Cheers for that....we are in chch. Have you applied yet for EC? We did on the 2nd of October. We started this process almost a year ago....our first hsmp was denied as I didn't send in the english language requirment.
I spoke to a girl todAY AND she said 20 working days....my nan is also going into hospital in canada..I am canadian, partner is kiwi..anyways she has to go into the hospital for a MRI and needs to be monitored at the hospital.....she developed epilipsey spelling? and has has a few other issues...the lady at BHC said that I could send in a request for compassionate consideration

Mum is trying to get a a lettter sorted from her doc...but it is thanksgiving and her doc is away until wed which will be thursday here. don't know if it will happen as her health issue isn't a huge emegency, but still it is a big thing for her and I am aslo her favourite
