thanks for the information, actually i just received a letter saying that my file has been transfered to a local consulate, so i think i'm almost there, i hope so!!!:)

Hey! Congrats!!

You will definitely be valued positively because of naturalization over there. But I dont think it would speed up the process.

U can apply for file transfer. But Buffalo office will examine if this gonna increase the integrity of ur application. If yes, they would allow you to do that. However they will take the money first...U know....:)

i applied for a permanent residence since june 2006 at the Buffalo office, and 2 weeks ago i applied for a canadian student visa. and i already got it. so my question is : do you guys know if i move out from USA to canada to study there will help to Accelerate my case? and do u know if it's possible to transfer my case to a local office in canada?
