Topic: Transfer to National Benefits Center?

Just now i had my interview with family in Baltimore under Employment Based. Immigration Officer looks experienced, polite. She just took oath and make sure everything is right in I-485 application and collect latest I-94. She told its approvable but wait till the priority date becomes current. She collected EVL, PayStubs as i used AC21 and assure that i can do as many as AC21's even after interview also if needed.

My advise is to make sure have copies of everything at interview.

Kailash is CEO of that company. I can provide more information if you provide personal contact.

Hi cohiba,

Be careful with Acclaim Systems, Lot of people from that company faces the same problem i.e. court letters even after joined. My suggestion is to respond to that letter through lawyer.

Topic: Employer Sued me

Tried through attorney to negiotiate out of court but Employer's attorney is not responded to his voicemail/e-mail.

Moreover the position is contract-to-hire. I am trying all options.

Topic: Employer Sued me

I joined with long term view on salary based. I blindly transfer the H1B after get selected at client place. I don't have much information about that company other than employer for negiotiate. Even my current desi-employer is not ready to help me.

I am trying through attorney but don't know will they come to negiotiate or not.

I will agree that not responding to court is my mistake. But understood it from personal point of view. A guy who came to USA on H1B having no friends, relatives, don't know US law can fight in Court? I came to USA with the hope that company will take care of everything. After landed, I learned how H1B works. Still now worked on Salary Basis but no employer kept their promise. Even now i am trying to leave this country without any bad remark. Even attorney's are saying that this type of cases are mostly come from indians like an indian company/guy fight with another indian guy/company.

I need a good afforadable attorney who can take my case and keep an fullstop with win/loss.

I can't disclose that details because case is in court. i am ready to negotiate out of court or leaving the client place. but he demands only money which is non-afforadable as a family (house wife) staying in US.

1) he sent the signed contract copy with attroney letter through courier after resignation.

2) he didn't provide health insurance at his 2nd client position.

3) Joined as salary employee but never paid like that. He revised my salary 2 times when work at one client itself.

4) Even current employer is a desi consultant. Actually i told to Primary vendor that i am leaving the job & my consultant and he convencied me clearly to put at same client through current employer.
