2) What is INTEGRA FORM from where can we get it?

Hi Sanjit,

I have got HSMP approval under old rules on 15-08-2008. Can you please tell me under which rules do I come for applying EC(Visa). Do I need to apply go with old EC rules or what? Please respond.
