POST YOUR SCANNED DOCUMENTS
you cannot expect people to disclose their docs which may contain confidential info.
why don't you get the sample docs from paul's blog, as he has uploaded some sample scanned docs.
but one thing i find is that, most of the people do not post info once they have received HSMP, that should change.

Current applications being processed
hi nikchdneuro ,
that has been a milliom dollar Q , as we see from the previous posts , that they are processing till 28 feb now.
from feb 25 to feb 28, they have taken 2 weeks.
so, if you assume that there are nominal number of applications received during march, then it should take around 3 or 4 weeks from now for them to arrive at a conclusion .
i also have applied on march 11th and waiting for the result.
cheers,
Bala

UK Market and Immigration
below is the reply from one guy already in UK on HSMP to a guy who has got his HSMP.
I think , this will help you out in your decision making.

====================================================
-1. Make sure you know the job market in the UK for
the particular area/technology that you are expert in
before even applying to HSMP
0. Make doubly sure you know the job market in the UK
for the particular area/technology that you are expert
in before even applying to HSMP.
Since you are already through these steps, no need to
go there.
1. If you are unsure about the job market in UK,
research BEFORE you fly into UK. Go through job sites,
see what kind of jobs are being offered etc.
2. Make a killer CV - Easier said than done. If you
are finding a job in India, you can be a bit lenient
with your English, grammer etc. But its a strint NO NO
here. Make sure that your CV is fool proof in terms of
your language to start with. You can approach some of
the CV critiques who can critique your CV for a
nominal fee. This helped me a great deal in making my
CV stand out. CV length - 2 pages even if you have 10
years of experience.
3. Make sure you have a mobile number and access to
Internet.
4. www.monster.co.uk, www.cwjobs.co.uk,
www.jobserve.com, www.jobsite.co.uk. Float your CV
here.
5. VERY IMPORTANT: if you are applying to a job
advertised in these sites, make sure you attach a
covering letter. Many people forget the importance of
a covering letter but it will help you a great deal.
if you dont attach a covering letter, you are
expecting the job agency to go through your CV and
find the finer points about you. You should highlight
your strenths, achievements and your capabalities in
the covering letter.
6. Things here move a bit slow to my comfort. Be
prepared to wait. It will take anywhere between 3 to 4
weeks from the day you applied and you get the final
interview done.
7. If you are ready to travel to UK, set yourself a
date of travelling and start approaching the above web
sites. (BTW, get a UK number through Vonage or Yahoo
voice). If a job agency calls you, tell them you are
travelling on such and such a date. Its saves a lot of
time in UK if you can schedlue a few interviews
sitting in India. DO NOT expect the agencies to call
you if you have an India number on your CV. If you
work smartly, you can finish the first few telephonic
rounds sitting in India.
I am pretty sure that you wouldnt have decided to go
through the process of getting the HSMP and EC if you
were not confident of getting a decent job in the UK.
Go with this confidence and it will be a smooth sail.
All the best
