relax, if you are travelling immediately get a infopass and get L551 stamped, otherwise it should reach you by this week, unless there are CPO delays at USCIS. but you are green now, even if you do not get the card you can call (the last call) to uscis for sending the card once again. |

well I always wanted a job in india, did not got one, but got a job here, kept trying from past 10 years still no job in India. Now i am a asst. prof here but still indian academia considers me as a less qualified person compared to a fresh PhD from IIT's. with this attitude I gave up on jobs in India and will settle here forever. atleast my kids will have some future here than india. |

technically there should be no problem at all. there is no such law to stay with current employer for any specified amount of time, unless you have signed some kind arrangement with your current employer. citizenship is usually not denied, but you are required to take some tests so fully prepare for those you should be fine. |
