Hi mian SB

Hope you are good, well I understand, but my friend they ask for Original DL written Dob on it, I know there is no DOB written on ruksa, as i made mine in 2001 from Riyadh, I really don't remember there was dob on it or know, but you better concern with Home office about this, you may require Original birth certificate, which ever you send to Home office send them with english translation.
Yes that's not a problem, you can send your original payslips, it's OK.

How much is your ielts score? they ask for 6 band or above.

Rest dude i don't see any problem in your case except this DoB problem, just drop an email to them & ask Home office them, they can provide you a better idea what to do next. Other wise my friend send all three (Pak -saudia DL & Original Birth Certificate).

Let's hope for the best.

regards

Topic: NO Skilled Jobs in Canada...

Hi Again,

Well to be very honest my aim was not to hurt you, I was just a bit curious, why you have applied for Canadian Imm, where as you have a good job in US. any way, wish you best of luck my friend. One of my friend use to work with a company based here in UK, Manchester, he was been transfered to Toronto & san fransisco offices, this company has branches all over the world, have a look to this web site & you may find some thing good. www.celestica.com
When he was in toronto, he did tell me almost the similar stories, but what his saying was, it takes a bit time to adjust your self in a new environment.
it depends on number things, your skills, language, your presonality,& most important is your CV, and for the job you are applying.

So my friend keep it up & never stop trying.

Wish you best of luck

Regards

hi MianSB

What were the grounds that you were refuse last time(3yrs-when you where in Pak)?
What is your ielts score?
what is the validaty of your "Ruksa-Saudi Driving Licence"?

Pakistan DL, is that's the original one? I hope you understand the meaning of word ORIGINAL, is it a card one or a Book one?
Home Office ask for DL to vaildate your DOB, they don't consider your PP. also verify your Master's degree with UK Naric http://www.naric.org.uk/index.asp?page=31§ion=4

Please provide the following info, so i can see a clear picture

Keep posting

kind regards

Topic: Help Needed

Hi syed,

Well first of all wish you best of luck for ur HSMP application, now about ur questions, yes IELTS is very necessary, if you do not submit ur Ielts report, then alternative is to submit 1. A letter form ur univ stating ur medium of instruction was in english and that letter should state ur full name, ur course, ur year of completion od your degree.

Then Home Office refer your Bachelor's degree to another gov body which is called UK Naric, UK Naric is like UGC, UK Naric then compair your credit hours with their criteria and then makes a dceision, whether is it equal to UK Bachelors Degree or not...check this link....
http://naric.org.uk/index.asp?page=1
http://naric.org.uk/documents/Evaluation%20Criteria.pdf

there are total 17 Bands in UK naric, for HSMP your degree should be approved till Band 10.else will be consider less than UK Bachelors Degree and your HSMP application is refused.

UK naric has nothing to do with your HSMP application, their job is to evaluate your degree and makes it equal to their criteria, where ever it sets.diploma, HND Degree, (Honours) degree etc.

so i suggest you to go for ielts and rather than wasting time.

Regarding your employment, yes they do verify your employment
About Banks, banks never give/tell their database to any one unless there are extrem circumstances like police case, court orders etc.

Cheers
