i initially had Feb 2006 EB2 priority, but later went for substitution for a 2003 AUG PD.
I wish I stayed with 2006 PD. Never even thought that 2006 cases are approved faster than 2003 |

Topic: are PERM cases being approved and RIR cases backlogged?
As many of you can see cases from 2004,2005,2006 are being approved. Could the reason be because these 485s are PERM labor based petitions. There are many 2003 cases which are still pending. |

I have a EB2 India PD of AUG2003 and my case is also in TSC. TSC is skipping 2003 cases and approving2004,05,06 cases.
Can anyone suggest what i should be doing? This is the 6th month in a row that my PD is current.
