Topic: RFE on I-485 EB3 India although my PD is not current

Don't scratch you head too much. That's EVL + some BS RFE. Texas does this after 140 approval, it used to take 15 days to touch 485 but now now it is taking 2 months. Get ready with EVL, look at my case.

9 months? are you sure. If they do not apply for labor before 365 days of 6 year completion, your friend has to stay out of US for an year.
