Topic: All LUDs on approved I-140 here!

I got LUD on my 140 (approved in Oct, 2006) on 11/25/07 and my GC was approved on 12/03/07.

It just my own opinion and really want to see not only Indians approvals, I did not tell anything about Indians, like they taking about Row people.

What 6 mounts you are taking about.
I am ROW & EB2.
I am in that country since 1998 and start GC process in 2001, working with the same employer almost 8 years.
First stuck in Labor Department and then start from the beginning.
Then stuck in NC. And I am not along, a lot of my friends in the same situation.
I am glad that USCIS will stop working only for Indians in December 1, so then other people can have the light.
