I dont doubt there might be a few who are dedicated to their USCIS jobs but I dont think they are that "dedicated" to carry box loads of case files in their cars/SUVs. USCIS may have a system where they scan incoming applications so that they can be accessed from anywhere, but I would hate to think that they would really allow anyone to access these systems from a remote location.
