Topic: USA to Canada

Im just wonderin..im currently living in USA (with a pending PERM application), with a US born child, I want to immigrate to Canada. do i have to go back to my country to apply or i could do it here in the US then go back to my country when my visa got approved. Just wonderin...need help

Topic: My PERM is still pending....

I'm a little worried because until now my case in PERM is still pending. we file our case August 17, 2006 and was filed electronically. My employer and my lawyer tries to contact PERM but to no avail they told us they're waiting for the original receipt of ETA 750 at backlog center which I presume thats in Philadelphia Backlog Center because it was filed in New York. I dont know what to do..I try to email Philadelphia Backlog Center and I'm still waiting for the response until now... Somebody help me, I'm getting desperate of waiting and waiting...
