Topic: Lot of H1B extension being denied in recent months

Care to name the "big consulting company" that you are referring to? If it's one of those white collar labor supply companies from back home, please don't be alarmed. It's high time that correction took place.

Topic: How to report EB1-C abuse?

Also any unused visas from Eb4/Eb5 will flow back into EB1. So basically Eb1c can knock off any spillover.

Here's the distribution of the 140k visas.
Eb1: 28.6% of 140k = 40,040
Eb2: 28.6% of 140k = 40,040
Eb3: 28.6% of 140k = 40,040
Eb4: 7.1% of 140k = 9,940
Eb5: 7.1% of 140k = 9,940

Topic: Obama EO: EAD for approved I 140

@indian076:

You have a misconception about your H1b validity. Once it has been approved for 3 years, your H1b remains valid for its duration even if your previous employer revokes your approved I-140. They cannot prevent you from switching jobs on H1b.

Pity people like you who divert the topic when you have nothing else to talk/defend. Because i have less comments does not make my opinion/questions less important. And just because you have grand fathered by writing comments does not make you intelligent either.
My question was simple. Let me rephrase that if it was too difficult for you to comprehend.
"Why do people like you hand over your a$$e$ to these so called abusive desi employers to begin with? Cant u try to work for genuine employers when u come into this country?"

@KingWolverine: Please don't expect that everyone needs to stoop to your level of professionalism to get into this country. Even though my identity is as authentic as yours on the internet, i say this with great pride that i work for One of the top 5 companies by MarketCap. So please keep these smart a$$ remarks to yourself.

@nov2010eb2: I understand that they give the employees a hard time. I am pretty sure there are plenty of ways to find abt them {reviews online, word of mouth etc) which should raise red flags at the beginning itself. Then why do desi employees still flock to firms that would do this to them instead of trying to look for genuine employers in the first place?

Exactly what i was thinking. If you don't like these desi employers, Why do u work for them in the first place?

Guys, that website is from 2013. things have changed since then. For example, BO has reversed his stance on issuing EO. The website also mentions removing country cap. So dont get tensed up.
H4 EAD will get through for sure. All is well.

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

He hasn't said anything against that rule. Infact, he keeps iterating that the rule is coming for sure.
Its the debate about the other provisions in EO that is bring out the worst in fellow members especially when they are unable to counter his views through reasoning.

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

I have been a silent reader of this forum and this thread in particular. Before you guys start bashing my views, Do understand that i am an EB2I applicant with PD of July 2011. So i stand to benefit from this EO.
Now, Why would you need a forum to just have positive comments. 'Kumraj' is just pointing out what he thinks is possible. Countering his views should be through links to articles/debates that prove him wrong and not by calling words.
I side with him and a few others when they say that {dependent removal/GC recapture} isnt possible through EO.
