90 days will be an problem when you appear for Visa, if they happen to show proof for 90 days unemployment in form of pay stud, then you will be in trouble.

Looks like all the remaining application that are not approved might be converted to RFE. Some have asked about changing to premium, but not sure what will be the impact of converting it to premium after RFE is issued.

There are so many H1B Visa applicants still waiting to hear back about H1b applications approval and few got RFE's
I think once USCIS receives all the required documents after RFE, they will process the application, but they can deny the application too.

Usually H!B Visa with small companies will cause problems, if the company is well know, there will not no issues.

You cannot work till OPT start date. some companies will allow to work but will pay aftre cpt date starts, but its illegal too.
