yes, you can, but why you need license, buying home is "free", seller pays. I know people that get license to sell a property,
cutting realestate commision to half, for that it make sense. |

this is incorrect information, insured funds are available pretty much immediately after takeover, in case on IndyMac, that was literally next Monday. Over the limit funds, actually 50% over the limit can take yes, several month. |

This is not very common, but companies practice that (big companies as well), BUT mostly this drafted as "You pay only if you leave too soon", too soon usually ≶= 1 year after CG approval.
Absolutely legal if you sign it, so it will hold in court, that means think before you do, also you should demand concrete numbers, time frames and caps.

Beside I didn't have EAD only parole, company just does not pay for that because of H1,
so according to you, I was working illegally. |

you do not loose H1 status traveling on AP, as a personal experience traveled on AP, got H1 extension approved 2 weeks ago. |
