Topic: What's the solution?

So dies that mean that people like us can't take any action not knowing which way to go? Coz we are old PDs, and if we try switching over to EB2, even clearing labor, NC may take another yr or yr and a half. So where does that leave us?

Anyone?? What will be the best option for us - wait in EB3 or try switching to EB2?

Topic: What's the solution?

This bulletin, EB3 India stayed on October 2001. How fair is this? Our PD is October 2002, and my husband is of the view that there is no point in applying in EB2 now (not to mention that he will have to fight HR for it). He said that our PD is 2002, and by the time his labor is approved in EB2, we might get our GC if we keep our EB3 application. But with the way PDs are moving for EB3 India, when will people like us get their GCs?

Topic: percentage of people who were delayed due to the name check

I don't know about the percentage, but in my husband's company we were the only ones who couldn't get the card last yr since my husband's NC wasn't cleared.

Hi Shazam, hopefully this time you get ur GC in hand. You are current now, and have waited too long.

So then they should move the PDs for EB3 India to late 2002 very fast.

Assuming that USCIS moves the PDs by three months for EB3 India every month.......so that way I should get my GC by February 2009, or latest April 2009 :) Feels good to guesstimate!
My PD is October 2002.
