Topic: 245i employment based

I have a bachelor's in Management and Marketing and most likley fall under the employment based category 3. My question is, if I do adjust through this way, will I be able to work in the mean time.

Topic: 245i employment based

I am trying to find out what is the process for a 245i employment based application, keep in mind that I had a family based 4th category filed for when I was 16, which is current, but I have aged out because I am 26 now. If I filed through employment based, what is the process and how long does it take?

Topic: 245I question

Was your father in US during Dec of 2000? Yes he was.
And were you? Yes I was.
And how long was the I-130 (I assume FB4 category) pending? 10 years.
Was the time between PD and I-130 approval date greater than 5 years? no, it was not greater than 5 years.

Topic: 245I question

If my father's family based I-130 petition is current now and it was filed and I was included on the petition when I was the age of sixteen, am I able to adjust or grandfather with him under the 245i although I am 26 years old.

Please help, it will be greatly appreciated.

Topic: Have you guys realize?

Have you guys realize that the response time for people to receive their green card has been decreasing this year. On average it takes about 325 days compared to 362 days earlier on in the year.

What I don't understand is if the USCIS has stopped giving visa to people who fall under the employment based categories with respect to countries of China and India how come when looking on trackitt, that they are still being approved. To me this does not make any sense. A matter of fact someone was approved from India just yesterday, please explained.
