Topic: Why are approvals so random?
my one theory is that they are sorting first by the receipt date printed (not received date)....and then PD.....
Note two apps received on same date can have way different receipt dates,why? thats another thread discussion |

a firend of mine has had her 485 pending for more than 180 days,however her 140 is pending. But she has got an offer to move internally from one location to another? Will a Ac 21 have to be used for this? Does she have to apply for new 140 for the new location? |

what next can one do after finger printing? (proactively) I know that the next step is name check,but how does one know that status of name check etc? Any July filers who had FP completed and got additional info on their case please reply. |

ssardesai, both of you go to the FP centre before this saturday. take both the notices in original and his flight itenerary.they will schedule him right away and may or maynot get you before 16th but no harm tryign for yourself too. |

i dont know exact about L1 but for H1 you can travel on stamped valid visa without the notice. |

yes,we did receive the EAD for the spouse,turns out it was delivered on the same day but was dropped into the wrong mailbox (though address was correct) |

make sure you tell your attorney about the A#. you may have to talk to someone at USCIS too about it. A # is like your SSN# unique for every alien |
