We attempted to deliver your item at 10:24 AM on September 20, 2008 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice, call the Post Office to arrange for redelivery, or click here for redelivery options. If this item is unclaimed after five business days then it will be returned to sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
Could anybody suggest what shoul I do, please.
Thanks

Topic: What to do with second I-140, if the first on is approved?

Thanks guys, I will talk to my lawer, but just like to have some independet points of view here. I did filed both 140 at one time July 2007, and not 's filling another one right now, its pending for 13 months. That's what I have thought that if I file 485 with approved 140, then the denial of other 140 pending petitions shouldn't affect it. Is this correct?
Thanks
