I got my Tier 1 visa today and many thanks to trackitt.Timelines:
My time lines are:
HSMP Approved : 27/06/08
Ec Applied ; 06/08/08
Integra verification: called my HR on 11/12 aug and verified details.HR did not give sal details saying confidential
EC Approved on: 29/08/08
Got my passport on: 30/08/08
Applied at :Bangalore VFS .
Any kind of q's pls do not hesitate to ask and I shall do my best to answer them. |

The same information is in one of the forms either vaf9 or appendix(not sure) and since u give these forms to BHC and also a copy of these to integra proforma is not needed I think |

its better if u submit for 15 months. They will only consider ur last 3 months for maintenence funds but u need to keep all 15 months so they can verify ur funds history, salary credits also sometimes. |

Regarding bank statement confusion:
Say u claimed points for HSMP approval letter from Jan1 07 to dec 31 07 and u r applying for EC now then
u have to submit statments sent for HSMP letter(*jan 1 07 - dec 31 07)
last 3 months statement for maintenance(may 08- jul 08)
also the statments for the in between period Jan 08- may 08- this is required to see ur transaction and funds history and also sometimes to check ur sal details if they want for last 6 months or so.
Same applies to payslips as well. Without this the VFS in bangalore is not accepting the docs.

sorry to hear the news. Did u take the seal and signature on the statements and were they on letterheaded paper? Submitting false docs can impose a ban on u from going to UK for 10 years. If they mentioned that make sure u provide proper explanation and atleast make them take bak the false docs comment |

yes, from bangalore. No matter what u do they wont give u letter. Take the statements I am assuming its sufficient Rest god has to take care! |

latest update : they say they can give it from their chennai office. I have given a request over phone. So not submitting EC appln on monday as planned. |

Hi all,
I have more than 5000pounds in my citibank salary account and today to my surprise I found that they do not issue any such letters and it is against their "compliance". I tried to convince the person in the bank then met his manager and talked to him but they say they cannot issue. Instead they have given a letter which says I have the account with them , which was opened on so and so date and the balance as on specific dates(min balance dates) .It does not talk about maintaining "minimum" ,"atleast" xx funds etc . I know its not useful as a proof but can I send this along with my sealed and stamped bank statements in leter headed paper? Or should I not show them this at all?

Dont assume anything. Can you send it now I mean is there a provision to send it now? if so do it immediately I think before it ur applicn goes to the visa officer they can accept docs I have seen it in this forum. Passport is for some other purpose and it is not binding on the officer that he has to use it as age proof. and going by the guidelines I dont think its a valid document for age proof..
