President- Elect is not Consistent :

Regarding ILLEGALS
- First all 11 Million will be deported
- Now Says only criminals estimated ~2-3 million will be deported !!!
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/14/us/politics/d...

Regarding Legals :
- If they are going to make H1B extensions difficult how USCIS is going to survive ??
- On Tax Payers money ?
- How US universities going to run - Lot of not so reputed colleges just running on FEE paid by international students
- What would happen to Housing Market ??

When it comes to ILLEGALS they do not want to deport everybody and just criminals will be deported
When it comes to LEGALS things going to be tough ?

(OR) They do not want to tell more details and just do silently what they want ???? ( Just avoiding much publicity ?? )

Do not trust Media and Lawyers

1. Hillary Spent $450 Million USD on Campaign and mot of the money on ADs and thats why they support her
2. Lawyers - They want to highlight legal immigration and combine it with illegal immigration so it can never be solved and they can continue to make money on people stuck in SLAVERY

And so is ITSERV body shop coalition

I wrote several letters in the past ( Via White House website ) and here is the latest response, nothing special about this i requested them not to use vague and useless language

Thank you for writing. The United States is a nation of immigrants who strive to achieve the American dream. However, this country’s immigration system has been broken for a long time, and too often it has an unfair and burdensome impact on the individuals it was meant to assist. Letters like yours underscore some of the hardship created by this system, and we must do more to fix it.

People shouldn’t have to worry about spending years stuck in line or separated from loved ones because of our immigration system. Legal immigration should be simple and efficient, and my Administration has taken action to streamline our legal immigration system for families, workers, employers, and students. We have taken steps to reduce the time families are separated while awaiting green cards and extended employment eligibility for spouses of high‑skilled workers who are on the path to becoming green card holders. We’ve also improved consistency for global companies seeking to transfer skilled workers here to launch or grow operations based in the United States, strengthened and extended on‑the‑job training for STEM graduates of American universities, and proposed reforms that will help unlock the talents of highly skilled Americans‑in‑waiting. But there is more work to do. That is why I will continue to call on Congress to pass commonsense, comprehensive immigration reform—the kind of reform that would help eliminate current backlogs and fix a broken system.

No matter who we are or where we came from, we share the hope that America is a place where we can build a better life for ourselves, our children, and future generations. Everyone deserves that opportunity, and I want you to know I am going to keep fighting to put it within reach for more people. To learn more about the steps we are taking to help bring relief to those feeling the effects of a broken immigration system, visit www.WhiteHouse.gov/Immigration‑Action. To contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or get information about a current USCIS case, visit www.USCIS.gov or call 1‑800‑375‑5283. For problems with a USCIS application or petition, you can also contact the USCIS Ombudsman at www.DHS.gov/Case‑Assistance. We can but there are many questions around "Same Or Similar Job" i am not able to understand if they intend to give EAD + AP for I-140 approved holders what is the use of this Rule ?

If you are DBA whether you can work as web developer depends on adjudicator they will compare the SOC code ( Listed on your PERM ) with the new job's SOC code.

I am seeing this as " Creating More mess to the Existing Shitty immigration System ".

Agreed. Actually there is reference to AP on "White House Legal immigration PLan".

Ensuring that individuals with lawful status can travel to their countries of origin.
DHS will clarify its guidance to provide greater assurance to individuals with a pending LPR application or certain temporary status permission to travel abroad with advance permission (“parole”).

Link to the same : https://www.whitehouse.gov/issues/immigration/st...

I am rule would grant EAD + AP - Its a Done deal thats what i feel.

I did not articulate well , i meant there should not be any wait time.
If you are from google i respect you but what is so great about it ? In the name of productivity Valley companies are eliminating jobs.

"Productivity increase " - This would lead to disaster just wait and watch :-)

For a peaceful society what we need is "Everybody has some sort job to feed them thats all does not matter TESLA / GOOGLE or a shitty MNC company like TCS / INFOSYS etc ....

I have one question

- OH LAW FIRM - Says there may "Certain Period of Time " post I-140 approval If True that would be ridiculous because Some body completed 6 years with same employer and who filed I-140 in the last year and Some one with "X" company and filed I-140 right away would be treated Same.

PLEASE PROTEST THIS " If Agency has such Stupid Plan"

Kindly send feedback to "ope.feedback@uscis.dhs.gov"

I requested for "EAD + AP" anything less than EAD + AP wont fix our issues. Due to lack of choice we always settled for what was available ( Example : H4 EAD )

Kindly send feed back and request for EAD + AP.
