Topic: Can I submit my I-864 few weeks after submitting I-130/I-485

You can do this, and they will send you an RFE for you to send it. When you get the RFE, it puts your case on hold until you send the info. I actually did this very thing, but by mistake, b/c I mistakenly thought that for our situation we didn't need the I-864.
Just weigh your options. In general, it seems better to send everything together, imo. But, if you decide to send the other stuff first, you will want to wait for the RFE to send the I-864 in, b/c they will give you a specific address to send it to. Also, it only took us a week to get our IRS info - you can order it on the phone.

Topic: G325A for both USC and immigrant?

I'm under the impression that only the applicant needs to fill this out.

Topic: has anyone got Request for Additional Evidence after fingerprint is done?

An RFE is no big deal, except for the time delay. Just give them whatever they need and get it back asap, because it does put your case on hold for that time period. I thought I had sent everything I needed as well, but it turned out they wanted one more form. The uscis update still said "case received and pending" but the actual receipt said the case was on hold, and that does include the I-765. We got the EAD about a month after I sent in the RFE.
It should get to you soon - I wouldn't worry quite yet.

Topic: Urgent - please someone reply.....

Our EAD was processed at NBC. Everything else has already been shipped to CSC for processing, except the EAD. After the EAD status changed to "card production ordered" it took about about a week to receive the actual card.

Topic: Done with Biometrics

We couldn't see our I-130 receipt numbers either, even after biometrics. We could see all the others, like you said. One of the I-130 numbers showed up after I had to call in to fix a typo on the receipt.
The I-130 numbers did show up, however, when our files were transferred to the CSC for processing, which happened after I sent in an RFE.
So, no worries...especially since you can access the other ones.

Topic: Green Card before EAD card

When we went thru the gc process for my husband a few years ago, yes, we got the gc before we got the ead. We thought it was safer to go ahead and reapply for the ead in case it ran out before he got the gc. We still think that just applying for the ead renewal was what sped up the gc, because he received the interview letter very soon after we sent in the renewal.

Topic: State id

I have been having this exact same issue for a few years now. We got our children's cards when we moved here almost 15 years ago, and I ended up losing one of their cards. I have tried to get it replaced, but they won't accept our documents. The confusing part is why the card can't be replaced, when all we did was lose it, and it was issued before. The dmv also will not accept our immigration documents and say there are some missing, but, of course, everything is there. The weird thing is that my husband has never had a problem with any of this, even before he got his gc. I'm just having problems with my children's identification.
For us, personally, it should be over soon, since I'm a citizen, and as soon as their gc's come through, they have automatic citizenship; however, I'm posting in case anyone has any info that others can use, or that can clear this up for me.

Topic: Case transferred to CSC

Thank you so much for posting this info! I was assuming we wouldn't have an interview since I'm a US citizen, and the I-485 is for my children. However, after many years of dealing with immigration for one thing or another, you never know...

Topic: Case transferred to CSC

I forgot to mention that I'm in NC, and our local office would be Charlotte. I've been kinda hoping this means that it will be somewhat faster, but, of course, you can never tell with these things, and I can't seem to find any confirmation of that.
