Topic: Jul 2nd filers : Anyone who did not get EAD Card even after 90 days are over

HI, RD July 5th, TSC no EAD yet, but just saw a soft LUD on AP for 10/08, so frustrating called customer service several times say they are processing June 30th according to their system so cannot put in service request. You are not alone.

Hey belly,
I am a Texas July 5th filer and up to now i have not gotten my EAD going on to my 90 days early next week, i have two friends filed July with receipt dates of July 17, and 18th same service centre and have theirs already. so i also guess it has to do with luck to.

Topic: A# on I-485 and I-140

Got the response from my lawyer and was informed that they will be writing a note to the immigration people to notify them and that since i have a fingerpringting appt coming up on october 2nd i should bring this issue to the immigration officer and that i should also carry my I-140 and I-485 receipt notices to the appointment with me but make sure to use my old A# that is on the I-140 for the fingerprinting purposes. Hopefully with this mess they will be able to link my finger prints to my case.

HI JunRN
Quick question, You posted that you are expecting your GC by Dec 2008 if all goes well, how can you tell that, when the visa bulletin states otherwise. enlighten me on this one. Assuming we are all EB 3.

HI,
been reading your postings, I'm RN in Texas, filed non-concurently as i just missed out the cut off in October end of schedule A. What a mess to be in this category. I am also counting on them returning the category back but i dont see it happening i can only hope on ROW to move now. unbelievable when i think of 5 More years of waiting but what can one do. Anyway thought i should join your discussion.
