Topic: Does Removal from UK have an effect on Entry Clearance after approval? ( A Unique Case )

yes it will effect your case. and you have to mention it. even if u dont mention they will get to know everything coz every thing is on the system.

they will refuse your application stating that you have been violating Uk immigration laws. Working more then 20 hours means breaching immigration laws. Students are not allowed to work more then 20 hours.
As you violated Uk Immigration laws in the past They will definiatly refuse your application....

My advice....
Take a photo copy of your approval letter....take few....

Apply for visa with good documentation. sufficient funds in the bank account. give all full details about your removal. Do not lie. If they refuse...... you can appeal against the decision in imnmigration court here in UK....you will get EC in the end but u have to struggle for that.....i know a similar case like you....student removed from UK later on applied HSMP...was granted but refused EC which he got in his appeal...

dont give up....u will get it in the end
