Topic: Does CRIS send notice to your company HR or company Attorney after 485 case approved?

CRIS? Anyone has a CRIS account and he/she included your I-485 case number in will receive email update of this case. You can include other people's case numbers and see the update of their cases if you want. If your HR or lawyer did not monitor your case, thy won't receive CRIS update, they may however receive paper notice (I-797) which has nothing to do with CRIS.

I totally agree with you.
One thing I've noticed, in this kind of open forum, ppl sometime response with totally wrong information. Need to filter out before consuming any reply.

Topic: Sponsor unable to hire after Green Card approval

Talk to your sponsor and get the response in writing. This question may arise at the time of citizenship.
If they refuse to write you a letter, you yourself can write a letter addressing human resources and/or your sponsoring-hiring manager through registered mail, and kee the record of that correspondence, that should also be enough.

As long as you can prove your availability in good faith you are fine. But if the employer fails to offer you the job as promised, you are not expected to serve free community service.

Good luck and enjoy your freedom and pray for us.

yes...as long you are in good faith, you're fine.

first of all apologies from my side to post this query in unrelated thread. my friend will have his kid here in US few months from now. they have a doubt regarding indian child born in US ? here are the list of questions...
1) Do they become US citizen by default as child gets US birth certificate and US Passport ?

I can only reply on the above part as I've knowledge on it. Yes, they become US citizen by default as they born in US soil.

Topic: Bangladish Day!

Between yesterday and today there are 4 cases from Bangladish back to back, all EB2, all from Texas, I wonder is this the same case/member under different trackitt IDs and he/she is screwing up trackitt statistics and gives us false impression or it is really the lucky day for Bangladish EB2.
I hope it is the latter!

hahaha...i know I've only one id...so it is probably latter :)
