Lawyer send US degree when he applied for i 140 and it was approved ,now they send notice of intent to revoke saying that institution is not accredited ,but i do have Bsc.and Msc. degrees from home country by well known university,that was mentioned in labor cert. but not attached with i 140 application, they gave thirty days to reply any info how to get evaluation equal to US bachelor degree. |

Security checks is the most delaying part in the system no one cane guess it could be done in couple of days or may be years,My name check was done in 2007 but still i got response through congressman, senators inquiries that pending scurity check and they don,t know when it will be released.But keep them bugging that is only thing which we can do. |
