I am on H1B since 1999. I travel so many times to India during this years. I am working with same companysince 1999. I filled for I-485 AOS in july 2007.I have Advance Parole for whole family. But my wife is working on EAD from last year. I heared from several people now a days , taking about CBP officers at airport now a days denies lot off people at port of entry. This is true or just stories. Any help is appriciated.
