After taking oath, the officer asked the following documents:

7. Passports.
She asked all the questions which is on I485 form. I said NO.
She checked for visa availability, and approved our case on the spot.

Received Interview Notice on Feb 24, 2008.

Interview Completed on April 10, 2008. Got approved on the spot.

I had all the documents in hand. It is employment based.

Thanks for your wishes. I did not get passport stamped.

My Online status changed today to Card Production Ordered.

The officer told me I will be receiving Card within two weeks time. I will keep you guys posted after receving Card by mail.

Hello,

My case was transfered to NBC on Jan 25th, 2008.

I received Interview letter. Interview is scheduled on April 10th,2008 at Philadelphia, PA.

EB3, PD April 2000. Original labor. I140 cleared March 2007.

I485 RD: Jan 5th, 2007.

My case is a future employment case.

I dont have any arrests. I am in H1B for all the years I worked in US.

I am planning to work for my future employer after getting GC.

This is the checklist I have with me:

1. Interview Letter.
2. Passport - Original and copy. (All old and new passports).
3. All H1B, I94 documents - originals and copy.
4. All H4 Documents – originals and copy. (for my wife)
5. Social Security – originals and copy.
6. Birth Certificate - originals and copy. (Whole Family).
7. Marriage Registration Certificate - originals and copy
8. Affidavit from parents and relative.
9. Copies of I485, I140, I131, I765, Biographic.. (Receipts, Approval etc…)
10. Employer Verification letter- Current employer.
11. Future Job employment letter.
12. Pay Stubs – last six months.
13. Income tax returns and W2- all the years I worked in US.
14. All EAD’s and Advanced Paroles’. (old and new)
15. Wedding pictures. Family photos.
16. Bank Statement.
17. Housing loan documents.
18. Utility bills.
19. US Driver’s license.
20. AR11- copies. –all family members.
21. School, College Degree Certificates.
22. Experience letters – all old employers.
23. Tax payers identification form.

Do I miss anything from the above list ? I know they are not going to ask everything from the list. Just be prepared for worst case scenario.
