well, that is their standard answer. they have no clue about the process. customer service reps just read what is on the computer....you don't need to go to FP if you file on paper. you might have applied little early. it is taking around 40-50 days to get the approval..may be less some time. it is very hard to qulify for the expidite request. since they have weard rules...so i don't think you can qualify like financial loss or humanitarian etc...so you need to wait...faxing is just another waste of paper... |

the issue i am having is i did not receive any email from CRIS for some reason. case approved on 10/9 but no email. status changed on sunday and then again monday ( working on a holiday ?? ). for the card i am not sure that we get any notification from CRIS or just LUD saying card mail etc or may be nothing but the card shows up in the mail...so any one got just the card no email / lud tec.... |

if you have other means to enter like valid AP or H1 etc... you are fine. just make sure your address is valid and some one can pick or hold mail when you get EAD/AP |
