According to am36...
EB3---->approved till now----->64 X 22.5 = 1440
Total EB3 expected for this Fiscal year---->64+38X22.5 = 2295
Remaining for 2008 fiscal year----->approx 855
Approx 300 cases r pending in trackitt to 2003(EB3)....that means 300X22.5 = 6750
according to am36 to go to 2003(EB3) we need atleast 2 1/2 yrs......if we get 2295 approval every year......
JOY JOY JOY....will be getting green card end of 2010........is this not a good news????......enjoy........enjoy...enjoy......enjoy.....what else you need????? |

I got LUD on Feb 14th(primary+dependent).......today i got mail from CRIS....document mailed on 19th(primary) still waiting for dependents......applied AP in DEC receipt date is 18th Dec 2007.Hopefully yours also on way....... |

My EAD expiring on Sep 2008(i am not primary applicant).....according to this i should start renewal process around mid May 2008. i am planning to go india in June 2008......is it ok to apply for renewal and go india or i have to come back and start process(renewal)......Basically i want to know...whether i have to be inside country while processing or not????

According to IO... after NC and FBI check........ it will go to immigration officer to review....he will chk all documents...if he is not satisfied with something and need more evidence he will send REF........once eveything set he will forward to Adjucating office....who will approve cases....depending on availablity of visa....so may be theory goes like this...
(NC,FBI and 140 clear)----->immigration officer(review all doc)--------->Adjucating office(for approval)
Each and every stage they will follow all bulletins...... |

when you call you will get different answers......
sometime in Dec 2007 i called....one of the officer told....our applications r waiting for the officer to review(He said NC cleared)......that time they were looking at cases applied in April'2007. After that today only i called.....that officer was nice she told it is with officer(she could not tell whether it is immigration or adjudication officer). She told to wait till Feb 6th 2008 if you won't hear from us you can call back. I asked about PD she told she don't know anything about it.....i asked whether visa # assigned to my case.......she told she can not see any of those info in system.......then told to wait till 6th Feb 2008 and call back.
Not expecting any unexpected to be happen......this is just an update which gives little relief to most of us..... |
