Thank you for your prayer. I have decided to go back to Korea to expand my dream. Now that I have GC, probably I will be able to do more with it among Korea, U.S. and the world. I wish you the best to all of you.

I finally received my green card today in the mail. I gave the notice of resignation yesterday. =)


July 28 - "Case Resumed" email received.
July 30 - "Card production ordered" email received.
July 31 - "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident" email received.
August 2 - "Approval notice sent" email received.
August 4- Gave resignation notice to work.
August 4 - "Welcoming Notice" mail received.
August 5 - Green card received in the mail.

Three CPO email??????? Is this common? It's been almost 4 months but no card? CPO email says 30 days, did you call the service center to find out why?

I called another lawyer asking for advice for the situation when I change my job before the case is approved.. and he hasn't called me back yet. Do you think it is okay to take a new job as soon as I get an email stating the case has been approved?

Yes, my I-140 has been approved for almost 4 or 5 months now. Lawyer did send me a copy of the RFE. What do you mean by 485 is my petition? The parallegal says the response to RFE should go out by tomorrow. What is G28? I really want to leave my current employer now.....eeeeeeeeeee help. please.
