I have heard several people say the same and I assume it is true.

Topic: H1b extension

I am currently on the 4th year of my H1b and my 6 years end on Sep 30 2010. My current H1b stamping on my passport expires on June 5 2010. My current employer has agreed to apply for my GC but labor hasn't been filed yet. What do I need to watch out for to make sure I can get my H1b extended after 6 years?
