if you getting married on the 20 and after that you'll do your taxes with him that will be a high point for you when is time to show joint evidence of your marriage also you can send copy of it with the paperwork on the beginning of the process, and yes definitely you can file soon as you get married. that's no matter to them, the moment that you received the marriage certificate by mail you can make a copy and file you immigration package. the fastest you file is better for the process to get done.

back in your interview, if they did not want you to be approved, be sure that by now you be decline,
some time went they don't see much proof or their questions don't get the exact answer they just delay it, but they will approved after all. good luck and have a little more patience. Your GC is coming. |

you know what, I had read you interview experience and I believe they will approved you since they took your I-94 it takes a while but I suggest if you don't received any answer in 30 and 60 days make a info pass
by the way lawyer are good when you have a deportation order against to you, so don't worry to much no body needs a lawyer to fill up the all those applications they just rip people off. I am sorry that you paid for it, but i think everything is gonna be OK. |

I got my interview today a 1:00 pm at Louisville KY
A niece person came for us , but interview first my Hubby for 25 minutes, he ask him first where is the lawyer he reply what lawyer?
then the IO said the person who prepared this filed, aha in the lobby, but I just see your wife back there (IO said)
well she prepared the paper he said, then the IO said that's was a perfect way to filed, then he start to ask him about how we meet? when he will have a vacation where we will go? questions about the house how many bedrooms/bathrooms? all cane the questions about our bedroom What color is our bedroom suite? how many pet we have? he did went through the pictures with him but no with me if he now my family? where he works? if I go with him? if he now when I came to this country? , if I meet his family?
and then He call me swore me and ask me the same questions and he did not ask for any IDS or nothing just EAD either for my ID or passport or I-94 which I submit before neither My's husband DL or Birth certificate
And he said what joint evidence did you bring with you?
Car tittle
credit cards
Power bill
cell phones share plan
bank account
he look at me and said I think I have enough
and then he print out the approval and said congratulations you'll received your green card with 2 weeks
that was it.

My niece have the same problem she applied 05/16 then she got a RFE on June she got EAD but no interview yet
when you got a RFE is difficult to say when you'll get it. everything has to do with the delay of you RFE but no worry you'll get it soon the most important thing is you can work and have a Driver License.
