Topic: Anyone with HSMP Approval Letter applying for Tier1 after 1st April
The question of applying for dependents, ( kids and wife) comes only after you get approval of TIER 1 or HSMP.
At the time of EC you need to apply and maintained the amount for your child ( ern) and wife.
But you need to check with the right person. |

Dear Jenny,
I can understand that i have to submit her douments at the time of EC.
But what about at the time of HSMP. As I still have time till June 30, I wil be able to apply under HSMP.
For Tier 1 as well, the initial application stage, do i need to include her passport, marriage certificate, etc. I am really confused on this. Please reply urgently. So that i can send the documents in 2 days time without any delay.

I want to apply for HSMP visa. I have my wife as dependent. For the documents of my wife I have following doubts
1) whether I need to submit any documents of my wife at initial HSMP stage.
2) If I need to submit any documents, which are the documents for her I need to submit from the below?
a) Notarized Passport copy
b) Notarized birth certificate
c) Notarized marriage certificate
d) Photograph as prescribed
e) Marriage Photograph
Request you to please assist me at the earliest.
