I did not try to change my BC, Becuase what ever I submitted earlier did not make change, I just provided them affidavit from parents, NADRA family form and my old school record on which my parents name were mention.

Its just a thought do not try to submitt the BC again with the change if u already submitted at the time of application

As soon as I submitted all my these evidence I got approved in a week

I think u will be fine, I got the same RFE, mother name was not mention on my Birth certificate. So I provided the affidavit and also you can get the family form from NADRA, On which your father, mother , your and all of your siblings name will be mention

Topic: H1-B and H-4 visa Stamping From Islamabad(Pakistan)

I went to pakistan to get my H1B stamp and wife H4, It took me 21 months to get the security clearence. One of my friend went to Canada he waited for 13 months in Canada. So my advice not to go to Pakistan for stamping..

Me and my wife got our Physical cards and approval notices yesterday, We got a card production mail on 4/11 and got a card and approval notice on 4/17.

Topic: 485 RFEs

I got CRIS mail for RFE on March 11, My Lawyer got the Physical REF on March 17. The RFE was about

1) Doctor miss to mark the HIV anti body test
2) On my Birth Certificate my mother name was not mention, So provide them my old school record on which my mother name was mention

RFE Replied on April 2nd received on April 3rd and status change by saying got the evidence case got resumed
April 11 got the approval for me and my wife

Topic: Green Day - April 11, 2008

This is my first Post, I am silence reader of this forum from last 6 months
I replied the RFE on April 2nd and on April 3rd message got updated recieved the documents and case resumed.
I called the NCS center yesterday to verify my address got uipdated IO told me that yes we have your new address in the file and also your card production order has been issued, I told her that I have not seen any message change or email on my and my wife case she said you will get the mail soon then after 10 minutes I got the magic email welcome notice and around 9:00PM last night I got card production order
