Topic: July VB Predictions

If you think abt it, EB1 has already used 29K out of the 40K (max allowed) in 6 months. I would be highly surprised if they haven’t crossed the 40K limit by the 9th month (June) itself. I think this all points to a nice chunk of spillover visas going to EB2. But unfortunately there are so many people in that line it’s just going to be enough to just push the date to maybe March 2009 or best case May 2009. Whatever little crumbs remain will go to EB3 but since there is no one there the PD should move to March 09 as well. There is no one in that queue

Just remember Eb1 has cutoff dates for EB1I ... so once that cutoff is removed or advanced we will see EB1 quota completely utilized .... as for eb3/eb2 I feel in next VB dates will advance to Feb 2009 - Eb2 and then again to April 2009

I would strongly recommend joining an exercise group , preferrably non-desi ..... with desi the talk always centers around GC and family and work ... travel and exercise always helps

Topic: Rapid movement expected for EB2 and EB3 India and China

Also, in slide #11, China EB5 has fallen by 4300 from last year for the same period. Considering the max allotment of 9940 to EB5 and maybe another 1000 applicants until end of September, it is safe to assume there will be around 3000 spillover from EB5.

EB1 will become current on 10/1. Hence there is a high chance these 3000 SO visas will go to EB2-I maybe in Jul.

My best guess is 10 months movement for EB2-I in Jul/Aug bulletin.

China eb5 nos are less because of cutoff date for eb5 for china if they remove cutoff date I feel eb5 nos will be used up

Topic: Rapid movement expected for EB2 and EB3 India and China

As per the charts released by CO approx 26k eb2row visas have been used i.e approx 15k are remaining ... as per pending inventory aprox 10k are pending for 2017-18 March so if all these are utilised and approx 2k new applications come in for April and May i see approx 4k to 5k SO for eb2i which should move dates till May 2009

Topic: Buying house in Dallas

this is normal .... real estate is cyclical .... prices will go up for next 3 or 4 yrs and then there will be recession and prices will come down .... if you think you need a house for next 3 or 4 yrs its better to buy now .... otherwise wait for for 5 to 6 years and buy when prices drop

Topic: H-1B: BART reluctantly allows group to paper stations, trains

I am not objecting to H4EAD personally I would be happy if everyone has EAD as soon as they apply for I140 .... I am just putting forward the viewpoint from the citizens they do not want the normal jobs taken away by immigrant workers as that is their bread and butter .... as majority of citizens cannot do high skilled jobs so H4EAD/ L2EAD etc should be restricted to high skilled fulltime jobs not temp low skilled jobs as that is the bread and butter for the citizens

Topic: H-1B: BART reluctantly allows group to paper stations, trains

My personal opinion is that H4EAD is good only if the spouse uses it for high skilled job i.e H4EAD shuld not be used for jobs like mall salesperson or office secretary .... the same rules for H1B should be applied to H4EAD this will ensure that citizens are not affected by losing low skilled jobs to H4EAD
