Topic: AUSTRALIAN PR----IS IT EASY TO GET?

You are one of those who is bitten by a FORIEGN bug. I wonder why people consider other countries as backup plan? Especially when India is doing so good. This only shows that how much competitive you are. If you are really good in what you do, you should not really worry. Well having said that, each individual has his right for desires, dreams, etc to suite his living. Best of luck my firend

Topic: EB3 India when we will see the light

Every time when I see the new VISA bulletin I get depressed. Date movement of just a couple of months in this category is horrible. I could servive the big job slump during 2002 but after working in the same place for several years, I feel very bad. I wanted to use AC21, but because of terms and conditions of same job type, position etc, I felt let me wait for GC. I am 6 years into my current job, though on paper I am still an analyst, but over the years my responsibilities have qudraplled. But for the work that I do I get paid peanuts. Now, how can I takeup another job where I will be over qualified for analyst position? God should rescue people like us.

Dear Friends,
My PD is 05/2002. I am in US for the last 8 years. I am not sure when I will get GC. By the way my NC cleared and waiting to be assigned to officer. Any speculation input from people are very welcome

Topic: pre adjuducated and waitingto be assigned to a officer??

How much time it would take to be assigned to an officer? and from there, for officer to reach Preadjudicate/ GC stage. My case is NC complete and waiting to be assigned to an officer. I am very curious about Jan VB now.

Topic: Visa Number, PD, RD what to them mean for approval?

Friends,
When does VISA number gets assigned to an application? When assigning VISA number to an application assume the PD is current and after a while if the PD is retorgressed and GC was not issued, is it still possible to issue GC when the PD is not current based on the VISA number?
I am confused with VISA number, PD and RDs role in getting GC. Please can someone put some light on this?

Topic: Address change LUDs

How many LUDs are expected when the address change is done. I have 2 LUDs after address change. Is this normal or am I in for good news from USCIS?
